• Find the item you want to name and note its Number (it should look like 611272445520607471)

• In the form below, enter your email and the Number of the item. The email must be the one you’ve used for your Patreon account.

• We would ask that you do not share this form, the Google Sheet with available items to name or your own item choice with anyone or on social media. We want to keep the surprise and people not eligible to claim this reward will not receive it when filling out the form anyway.

• Before submitting the form, make sure to refresh the Google Sheet because the item you want to name might not be available anymore if someone else has claimed it.

• If you submit this form multiple times, we will only use the information from the first time you’ve submitted it, so make sure you are satisfied with your pick.

• We reserve the right not to use the name you have submitted if we find it inappropriate for the game (this includes but is not limited to copyrighted content, discrimination, hate, vulgar content, political or religious content).

• Because this game will be played by an international audience, please only use latin characters for your name (a to z), you can also use accented characters.
